Oreophrynella weiassipuensis : ウィキペディア英語版 | Oreophrynella weiassipuensis
''Oreophrynella weiassipuensis'' is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family. It is known only from Wei-Assipu-tepui, on the border between Brazil and Guyana. In 2000 a speleological expedition to Wei-Assipu-tepui collected the holotype and the species has only been described recently. It is possible that it is present in other localities, but most species of ''Oreophrynella'' are endemic to a single mountain. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.〔Señaris, J.C., C. DoNascimiento & O. Villarreal (2005). (A new species of the genus ''Oreophrynella'' (Anura; Bufonidae) from the Guiana Highlands ). ''Papéis Avulsos de Zoologia'' 45(6): 61–67. 〕 ==References==
